Our approach
We aim to make saving, finding and managing information usable with different access needs. The website includes a skip-to-content link, headings, standard links and buttons, and support for the device’s reduced-motion preference. In the app, we use native iPhone controls and accessibility labels, and provide appearance options. Support can vary by screen, content and system feature.
Where we are improving
We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit and do not claim full WCAG conformance. Areas to check and improve include VoiceOver reading order, larger text, contrast, keyboard navigation, animations, shared collections and interactive widgets. Saved screenshots, third-party pages and generated PDFs may not provide the same accessibility as native text and controls.
Ways to use Keldo
You can search inside Keldo, use iPhone Spotlight or use available Siri and Shortcuts actions. Widgets offer another route to capture and recent or upcoming items. These are alternative entry points, not a guarantee that every task is accessible through each one. Features depend on your iOS version, permissions and device settings.
Tell us what blocked you
If a part of Keldo is difficult to use, email keldohq@gmail.com. Tell us the device, app or browser version, assistive technology and the action you were trying to complete. Please leave out passwords, sign-in links and private content. You can also ask for help accessing information in an alternative format. We will review the barrier and discuss available workarounds, without promising a fixed resolution time.
