Terms

A clear agreement for using Keldo.

These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you create an account, save content or share a collection.

Last updated 5 September 2026

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Keldo, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use the service where you live. If you use Keldo on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@keldo.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Permission to use Keldo

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Keldo for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. Keldo, its design, software, branding and original content remain owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you save. You give Keldo permission to host, copy, transmit, process, structure, display and back up that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you use. This permission ends when the content is deleted from Keldo’s active systems, except where retention is legally required or a copy remains in a shared collection as described below.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to save, process and share your content. Saving a link or a personal reference does not transfer ownership of the source material to you or to Keldo.

5. Shared collections

A shared collection is visible to its active members. Members may add, edit or remove content according to the controls available in the app. Only invite people you trust and do not place confidential information in a shared collection unless every member should be able to access it. A copy added to a collection can remain with that collection even if you leave it or delete your account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Keldo to:

  • Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
  • Save, distribute or promote unlawful, abusive, exploitative or malicious content.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the security of the service.
  • Use automated means to scrape or access Keldo beyond supported integrations.
  • Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law clearly permits it.
  • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person or misuse an invitation.
  • Upload malware or content intended to damage a device, account or service.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Keldo, its users or the public.

7. Extracted information and external services

Keldo can classify content and extract details from links, text and images. Automated results may be incomplete or wrong. Verify dates, prices, ingredients, medical details, travel details, ticket information, product identifiers and other important information with the original source before relying on it.

Keldo may link to or retrieve information from third-party websites and services. We do not control their availability, content, prices, safety or terms. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.

8. Service changes

We may add, change or remove features, limits or integrations as Keldo develops. We may also interrupt access for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects normal use.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using Keldo at any time and can delete your account from the profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for other people or the service, or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Keldo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keldo and the people who operate it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to Keldo will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the previous 12 months or USD 100. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Keldo changes. We will revise the date above and give additional notice when required. Continuing to use Keldo after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@keldo.app.
